Product Care & Maintenance

Don’t Be an Idiot.

Our 3D-printed components are tough, but they aren’t invincible. If you treat your gear like a caveman, don’t be surprised when it acts like it. Follow these ground rules to keep your setup from failing when you actually need it.

  • Mounting 101: Use the provided hardware. Don't go digging through your junk drawer for a screw that "looks close enough."

  • The "Ugga-Dugga" Rule: This is M-LOK, not a lug nut on a semi-truck. Tighten your bolts until they are snug, then give them a tiny bit more. If you use a power drill and strip the threads or crack the mount, that’s your fault. Use a handheld hex key like a civilized human.

  • Chemical Warfare: Our materials are resistant to most common CLP and gun oils. However, if you decide to soak your product in brake cleaner or some experimental industrial solvent you found in the garage, don't cry to us when it turns into a puddle of goo.

  • Heat Management: These are high-temp materials, but "high-temp" doesn't mean "sun-surface temp." If you’re doing 10-mag unsuppressed dumps until your gas block is glowing orange, maybe don't rest your 3D-printed fingerstop directly against it. Use your head.

  • Cleaning: If it gets muddy, use a toothbrush and some water. If you’re too lazy for that, just leave the mud on there—it builds character.

Final Warning: If you break it because you were doing something stupid (like using your handstop as a hammer), send us a picture. We won't give you a refund, but we’ll probably have a good laugh at the shop.
